• We Identify maintenance issues or repairs needed in the property and coordinate with contractors or repair professionals to address issues promptly as well as overseeing the repair process to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
• We conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance needs proactively and coordinate maintenance activities, such as lawn care, landscaping, HVAC servicing, plumbing inspections, and pest control
• We respond to maintenance requests from tenants and addressing issues promptly.
• We collaborate with property owners to develop remodeling plans that align with their goals and oversee the progress of remodeling work to ensure it meets quality standards and stays on schedule
