We help land owners in covering the costs associated with shared services and amenities in a communal setting such as an apartment building ,condominium complex or a neighborhood with homeowners association, some of the common utilities that we help homeowners cover include, water, electricity, land rates, garbage and internet. Through an agreement between landlords and tenants we make arrangements for paying common utilities depending on the type of housing. In some cases we incorporate the utility costs in the rent and also give a leeway to those who would wish to be billed separately based on usage.
